5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Turfex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

The content on this site, including project photography, belongs to Turfex and may not be reused without written permission. Project photographs show work completed by Turfex at the locations named.

9. Quotes

Quotes are prepared per project after a site visit and are valid as stated on the quote itself. Nothing on this website is a fixed price offer.
